Last week, a new floor has been laid in part of our factory. This provides a firm foundation within a broader improvement plan that will, over the next eighteen months, raise our logistics flow, efficiency and working environment to a higher level.

Through this plan, we are reorganising part of our production and warehouse facilities more intelligently, ensuring that processes are better aligned and efficiency is further enhanced.

In collaboration with our employees, we have examined their daily routines, needs and suggestions for improvement. This valuable input has been translated into an improved layout, which is now being implemented step by step. As a result, the changes are not only better attuned to our processes, but more importantly, to the people who work with them every day.

Our objective is clear: to create an environment in which materials are stored more logically, the flow of operations runs more smoothly and our colleagues can perform their work with greater ease and clarity. The first steps have been taken!

As this project is limited to a specific section of our factory, we remain fully operational, with both production and delivery running uninterrupted.
