On Sunday, March 15, the Dutch government took additional measures to fight the spread of the coronavirus. LINK

In addition to our statement on Thursday March 12, we are introducing further measures to help overcome the virus and ensure continued production and delivery of the orders at Van Heek Textiles.

As of yesterday:
  • When possible, our staff works remotely from home.
  • Colleagues with any kind of health problems are not allowed to enter our premises.
  • No external visitors are allowed to enter the building.
  • Carriers are restricted to the outside area to load and unload shipments. Outside sanitary facilities are provided.
  • The sales managers no longer travel.
  • Mutual contact between the various departments and production shifts is kept to an absolute minimum.
Please note that we remain available by telephone and email. We are committed to keep producing and delivering to our customers, however, may face challenges when it comes to timely deliveries due to the overburdened carriers and reduction of cargo flights. We ask for your understanding.

The delivery of shipments, depends on the region where you are situated and the means of transportation, air, sea or by truck. If you have information on your local situation that can help us, please let us know. And, do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions.

We are all dealing with Corona and its profound consequences. For most of us, this is limited to uncomfortable or unpleasant. Therefore, we ask you to put your own offers into perspective and empathize with people who (possibly) lose a job or (worse) a loved one. Let’s take care of each other and help diminish the virus. We'll get through this together.

Please refer to our website for the most recent news regarding the measures taken against the spread of the virus at Van Heek Textiles.

Stay in good health.

Kind regards,

Yvonne van den Berg
